| 摘 要： | 韩非,战国末期法家思想的集大成者。他全面地总结了春秋战国以来各国的变法历史经验,批判地继承和发展了商鞅、申不害、慎到的法治思想,形成了系统的“法“”术“”势”相结合的法治理论。深刻把握韩非法治思想之精神要义,能为我国法制建设提供理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | Hanfei was the master of legalist school at the end of the Warring Period.He drew a comprehensive conclusion on the historical experience of legal reform among the countries in Spring and Autumn period and the warring period,critically accepted and developed the legal thoughts of Shangyang,Shenbuhai and Shendao,and formed systemically legal theory combining fa,shu and shi.We should grasp the main spirit of Hanfei's legal thoughts and provide materials for our socialist legal construction. |
