| 摘 要： | 当前大力发展职业教育成为推进我国社会主义现代化进程的必然选择,但其中仍面临诸多问题与挑战,为此,应深化职教体制改革,加大政府投入力度;以实现社会公平为目标使职教向农村适度倾斜;加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,优化教学质量;改进职教管理模式增强办学效率;整合教育资源以建立多元化投入机制;建立正确人才观进一步完善就业环境。

| Abstract: | At present,it is an inevitable choice to vigorously develop vocational education for promoting China's socialist modernization process,however,still faces many problems and challenges. The available countermeasures: deepening the reform of vocational education system and increasing fund support of government; emphasizing rural vocational education to achieve the goal of social justice; strengthening the constructer of "double-type" teachers to optimize the quality of teaching; improving the management model of vocational school to enhance efficiency; integrating education resources to build diversified investment mechanism; establishing correct opinion of personnel and improving the employment environment. |
