| 摘 要： | 文章从分析财产与自由的关系入手，引入宪政民主制度对财产权的诉求，着眼于中国的现实，讨论了目前我国宪法对私有财产权的保护状况，认为：不管从经济效率角度还是从社会公平角度来分析，我国强化对私有财产的保护并将之写入宪法是必须的。

| Abstract: | Starting from the relation of the property and freedom with introducti on of the demands of property right with regards to the constitutional democrati c politics, the current situation of the protection of constitution on private p roperty is discussed. It is concluded that to enhance the protection of private property that is supposed to be concluded in constitution is necessary. |
