| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国"三元经济"结构性特征决定了可以把乡镇产业作为全国产业系统中一个相对独立的子系统来研究.这一子系统在市场结构、行为和效果等方面存在着一系列不同于农业和城市产业的特征.与城市产业相比,还存在着更为严重的规模不经济和非效率竞争等问题.因此,必须通过产业重组来提升乡镇产业组织化水平,以促进城乡产业组织的一体化.

| Abstract: | Nowadays, economy pluralization decide the study on township enterprises as a relatively independent subsystem of industrial system in our country. This subsystem has a series of characteristics in market-structure, market-conduct, market-effect and so on which are different from those of agriculture and civil industry. Compared with civil industry has more serious problems as in non-economic scale and non-efficient competitiveness. Hence we must inprove township industrial organization through industrial reorganization and promote the rural-civil industrial organization as a whole. |
