| 摘 要： | 纵观美国发展社区学院的历史，可以把美国发展社区学院的历史经验概括为：第一，坚持把向外国学习与自力更生、不断创新相结合；第二，充分调动当地人民和过教团体的积极性；第三，社区学院能够根据当地社区的需求变化，运用灵活多样的方式自主办学；第四，联邦政府和州政府重视运用提供信息建议，把立法和拨款相绫中州社区学院的发展进行宏观调控。美国社区学院的发展对我国发民我教育的启示有：第一，要高度重视专科教育的作用，大
