| Abstract: | The foremost issue in running state affairs according to law is to manage state affairs according to the Constitution.How to maintain and implement the authority of the Constitution is a research topic of extremely high vaule.The present paper offers an analysis of maintaining and implenenting the authority of the Constitution from the perspectiues of judicializing the Constitution,bettering the monitoring system of the Constitution,the ruling party's strictly observing the Constitution,amending the Constitution at proger time and cultivate constilutional notions. |
