| 摘 要： | 目前，高校学生社区管理有不同的模式，这些模式有其可取之处，但也存在一些问题。在善治理论的视角下，提出创新性对策：合作治理，主体多元；扩大学生参与度，服务学生；优化学生管理队伍，增强行为责任性；建立考核监督机制，提高管理效率。

| Abstract: | There are different management patterns for college student communities at present. In spite of some positive merits, there are also many problems with these patterns. This article suggests reasonable proposals in light of good governance theory such as cooperative governance involving multiple sides, the expansion of students＇ participation in the management, the improvement of the student management team and the enhancement of accountability as well as the establishment of supervision mechanism in order to improve management effectiveness. |
