| Abstract: | College graduates,as national talent reserve,are in need of effective management and active guidance so as to smoothly integrate into the work environment and life,which is also an important part of the Party's management on talents in colleges.In order to achieve the win-win harmony with employers,college graduates should make efforts to work efficiently while keeping a low profile and to strictly comply with the norms. |
