浅析政治选举中的不投票行为

选举作为公民参与政治活动的一种重要方式 ,在现代民主社会合法政府的产生中扮演了重要角色。选举中人人平等的原则本身也是民主政治发展的一种表现 ,但是 ,在当代公民参与政治的环境已经大大改善的情况下 ,却出现了不容忽视的一种政治冷漠的现象 :在本该行使权利的选举活动中 ,一些公民放弃了自己手里的投票权。从公民个人的心理角度分析 ,当他们认为投票的预期收益小于成本 ,当他们对自己投票的效果信心不足 ,当他们面对选举对象觉得无可选择时 ,都有可能采取不投票行为。作为个人选择 ,应该受到尊重 ,但是从国家、社会的发展来看 ,则应该创造良好的外部环境 ,积极引导公民珍惜自己手中的权利 ,为民主政治的发展贡献力量。

Why abandon the voting right in political election?
