| 摘 要： | 通过查阅国外高校工业工程专业的相关网站和文献资料,客观地展示国外优秀院校在工业工程人才培养和课程设置方面的情况;同时介绍了国内院校工业工程的教育概况。然后将两者进行比较分析,从而找出国内院校与国外优秀院校在工业工程人才培养与课程设置上的差异。最后,提出国内院校在工业工程人才培养中的不足和需要改进的地方,并根据我国教育的特点给出一些较为可行的建议和方法,从而对我国工业工程教育体系的完善有所启示。
