| 摘 要： | 草根大学生指的是出身贫困的农民家庭,没有社会资本可以依靠的弱势大学生群体。当前,我国的大学生就业问题年年严峻,草根大学生的就业问题更是难上加难。因此,应通过社会产业结构调整、自主创业、草根互助、校企联合培养、国家政策支持等途径为其提供更多的就业机会。
