| 摘 要： | 高等学校教师在职攻读硕士学位是我国于2003年推出的一种硕士学位类型,该学位类型的出台有其社会、经济和历史背景,推出三年以来深受广大高校教师的欢迎,大批高校教师已经开始参加该类型硕士学位的学习。本文就高等学校教师在职攻读硕士学位产生的原因、发展现状、存在的问题以及发展前景等问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | College teachers' in-service study for Master's degree is a new type of master's degree which was set up in 2003.There are some social,economic and historical causes on it's appearance.It is warmly welcomed by a lot of college teachers since 2003,and many college teachers have taken part in it.This paper discusses possible reasons why it appeared,existing problems,actual state and prospects. |
