| 摘 要： | 黑客行为随着计算机网络的发展，已对个人计算机数据隐私权构成了严重威胁。它破坏个人通信的安全性、个人数据资料的安全和个人生活的安宁。对黑客行为，除用刑法和行政法调整外，也应受民法调整，以侵权行为定性为宜。建议制定一部综合性的数据保护法。

| Abstract: | Hack has threatened the right to privacy in PC data with the development of Internet. It destroyed the security of one's communication in Internet and the data in computer. Moreover, it disturbed the peace of personal life.The dealing with hack, should be adjusted according to Civil Law as invading, Besides,adjusted by Penal Law and Administrative Law. I suggest making of an overall law to protect the data in computer. |
