摘    要:"智慧型"教师是相对于"知识型"、"技术型"教师而言的,是教师专业发展的至高境界,其突出的特征表现在善思性、实践性与德性。善思性是"智慧型"教师的首要特征,实践性是"智慧型"教师的本质特征,德性是目的、要求。

Abstract:Compared with ″knowledgeable teachers″ and ″technical teachers″,intelligent teachers are in the supreme stage of teachers′ professional development.They are typically characterized by good thinking,practicality and virtue with good thinking being the primary characteristic,practicality the essential characteristic and virtue the purpose and requirements.
