摘    要:自我学习与个人的自我效能、自我激励、社会合作意识是相关的,而与个人的理论应用与实际的能力可能相关也可能不相关。因此,不是所有个人都能有效地进行自我学习并取得好的效果。

Abstract:The report finds that self-directed learning is correlated with learners'self-efficacy,self-moti-vation and social collaboration.But it may be correlated or uncorrelated with the learners'ability to put the theory into practice.Consequently,not all persons can learn self-directedly effectively and efficiently.
