| 摘 要： | 能力测评包括许多方面的指标，各项指标的重要程度也各不相同，这就需要对多指标进行筛选，描述各指标之间的关系以及计算指标值，为了使计算简单且能指导我们建立起较为完整、合理的测评指标体系，我们采用图论中的有向树和集合论知识建立能力测评指标体系的数学模型，并在该模型的基础上给出了模型训练的方法。

| Abstract: | Capability evaluation contains a lot of indexes, and the important degree of every index has nothing in common with each other. This needs to screen to many indexes, describe the relation between every index and calculation index value. In order to make calculation simple and to instruct us how to set up the comparatively intact and rational evaluation index system, we adopt directed tree theory and set theory to build the mathematic model of capability evaluation index system, and provide the method of model training on the basis of this model. |
