服务特色学科建设的学院党建工作探索

学科建设是教学科研、社会服务、人才培养的根本。进入21世纪以来，学院特色学科建设面临着新的挑战和发展机遇，这对学院党建工作提出了新要求。文章深入分析了学院党建工作服务学科建设的重要性，阐明了加强特色学科所在学院党建工作的原则，提出了要以服务为着力点，把党建工作与学科建设工作有机结合起来的具体措施，实现两者和谐共振，共同促进学院事业的发展。

On the College Party Building That Serves the Construction of Characteristic Disciplines

The discipline-building is the fundamental of teaching and scientific research, social service and training of talents. Since entering the 21st century, the construction of characteristic disciplines is confronting with new challenges and opportunities, which has put forwards new requirements for the construction of the Party in the college. This paper analyzes the importance of the college Party construction to serve the discipline building, expounds the principles for the Party construction in the college where the characteristic discipline is, and, taking service as the acting point, puts forwards concrete measures that combines organically the Party construction and the discipline building, thus achieving their harmonious development to promote the development of the college cause.
