降低高校学生欠费问题探究

当前，高校学生欠费呈日益严重化，已由原来单纯的贫困学生欠费发展到向主、客观原因并存的多元因素转变，巨额欠费不仅在很大程度上影响了高校教学、科研、后勤保障等工作的正常运转，也给当代大学生的社会诚信打上问号。如何有效解决这一难题，已成为高校管理工作中一个亟待解决的新课题，同时也备受社会各界关注。

On Reducing the Number of Students Who Fail to Pay Tuitions

At present, it is an increasingly serious problem for college students to fail to pay their tuitions. The causes have changed from the originally mono-factor （students failed to pay their tuitions because of poverty） to the coexistence of multiple factors which are both subjective and objective. So many students failed to pay their tuitions that the school＇s teaching, research and logistics support have been affected to a large extent; and the social credit of the contemporary college students are questioned. How to solve this problem effectively has become a new research topic for the college administration and a concern of the society.
