| Abstract: | Shortage of expenditure has always been restricted the development of the industry of the library for a long time.Since the 1980's,shortage of expenditure has become the universal problem of the libraries all over the world.This paper puts forward to several strategies of solving the problem of the libraries in our country by analyzing the expenditure resource of the libraries and the reasons of the problem. |
