| 摘 要： | 摘要：垂直专业化是否会对内资企业有技术溢出效应引起越来越多的关注。本研究首先考察了内资企业全要素生产率及其来源的变化，其次实证检验垂直专业化对内资企业的技术溢出效应。结果发现整体上内资企业并没有明显获得垂直专业分工的技术溢出效应。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The relation between the vertical specialization and Total Factor Productivity (TFP) in the period of 2001-2008 is analyzed using the panel data of Chinese industrial sector. Firstly the DEA-SBM model is used to estimate TFP index, then the technology spillovers of vertical specialization on domestic-funded enterprises are empirically tested. The results showed that domestic-funded enterprises did not gain significant technology spillover effect from vertical specialization. |
