| Abstract: | Course development based on work process is guiding the course reform in high vocational education. Taking the core course of Switching Technology as an example, this paper elaborates on the key factors of course development based on work process, including analysis of post ability, study of the learning field and learning situation, project learning, and faculty development, etc, which is expected to offer experience for the development of other courses. |
