| Abstract: | There are various serious contradictions in the countryside.The floating population becomes more and more.To change the mode of production and accelerate the development of the new countryside,under the leadership of "Three Represents" with the overall implementation of outlook of scientific development,further reform in the rural areas and the idea of rapid development of the new countryside,it is the significance to place the issues as the focus of the whole party's work. |
