| Abstract: | About the payment of the L/C, there are many different conceptions in domestic articles and monographs. The names of the conceptions are as the followings： promise to pay, cash, negotiation, reimbursement and pay for another. This paper analyzes the five different conceptions and makes a comparison between them so as to have a clear understanding of these conceptions. This analysis and comparison will help us learn the L/C regulations. |
