| 摘 要： | 刘少奇在中国共产党乃至国际共产主义运动史上第一次创造性地提出了共产党员党性修养理论，极大丰富和发展了马克思主义党建理论，完善了中国共产党党建学说。这一理论，对于加强执政党建设，提高党员素质仍具有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | LIU Shao-qi first creatively put forward the theory of Communist party members cultivation in history of the Communist Party of China and the international communist movement, which greatly enriched and developed the theory of Marxist party building, and improved party building doctrine of the Communist Party of China. This theory are. still of great practical significance for strengthening the construction of party which is in power and improving the quality of party members. |
