| 摘 要： | 自由基在生物体内广泛存在，并参与各种生物氧化反应，在多数情况下，对机体产生损伤作用。超氧化物歧化酶是一类抗氧化酶，它能催化超氧阴离子自由基的歧化反应，对机体起保护作用。本文论述了自由基的产生，自由基、超氧化物歧化酶与癌的关系。

| Abstract: | Free radicals are normal products of biological oxidation. In many cases, they can cause damage to organism. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is a kind of antioxidase, it can accelerate the dismutation reation of O2 and protect the organism. And this paper discusses the production between free radicals, the relations of free radicals and SOD on cancers. |
