| 摘 要： | 新疆高校招生中对少数民族考生的优惠政策的目的是真正实现各民族在教育上的平等。经过多年的发展虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也存在许多问题，如民族生忽视理科课程的学习，少数民族毕业生就业困难等问题，对此需要做一些深刻的反思。

| Abstract: | A university enrollment preferential policy for minority examinees is really aiming at the achievement of the national equality in education. After years of development which has made some achievements, but there are also many problems, such as minority examinees ignore science course of study, minority graduates＇employment difficulty, on which students need to do some deep reflections. |
