高校学生意外伤害事故的处理已引起社会各界的关注,大学生如果遇到意外伤害,学校需要承担什么样的责任,我国现有的法律都没有确切具体的规定,缺乏具体的指导和可操作性。如果长时间不能找到行之有效的解决途径,不仅给学生及家长带来不幸,也影响到教育事业的发展。由于缺乏处理这方面事故的专项法律,造成处理这类事故无法可依,处理难度较大。
