责任教育的目标与途径

责任与岗位密切相联,直接驱使着人的行为。责任是社会分工的结果,分工是人性中趋利避害的选择。选择了岗位,就必须对岗位职责充满敬畏。但不负责任又是人性中最大的弱点。所以,塑造责任感是教育追求的目标。明确责任就是选择,责任需要主动自觉,责任就是忠诚。
