以十八大精神指导新建本科高校学生干部管理工作

以十八精神为指导,分析了新建本科高校学生干部管理的现状,一是专职管理人员缺乏;二是生源情况复杂,管理难度加大;三是组织系统不够完备,制度不健全。讨论了高校学生干部管理工作存在的问题,一是学习动力不足,成绩一般;二是人员流动性大,稳定性差;三是经验与社会责任感不足;四是功利思想严重。对其原因进行分析,主要是主观方面重视不够,客观方面体制不健全、机制不完善。最后提出加强新建本科高校学生干部管理工作的意见与建议,一是以十八大精神为指导,统一认识;二是明确目标;三是加强制度建设,健全学生干部工作机制。

Implementing the Spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC in Managing Student Cadres in Newly-Built Undergraduate Universities

Under the guidance of the spirit of the 18th national congress of the communist party of China（CPC）,the present situation of managing student cadres at newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities is analyzed in the paper-a lack of full-time management staff,the difficulty in management because of the diversification of student source regions,and the incomplete systems of organization and administration.Then,in the paper,the existing problems are discussed-the undergraduate cadres＇ poor academic performance,a high mobility of their managing staff,their inadequacy in managing experience and lack of social responsibility,and the severe thoughts of utility.The reasons for the problems are analyzed in the paper（mainly the subjective and objective ones）-the insufficient attention from the related management and the imperfection of the mechanism of managing systems.Finally,in the paper,some suggestions to strengthen the management of undergraduate cadres are presented-guiding them to form a unified recognition among them under the guidelines of the 18th national people＇s congress of the CPC,setting definite future objectives for them,and strengthening the construction of sound working systems as well as improving the working mechanism of the cadres.
