关于入世后企业面临的知识产权问题的思考

我国入世以来，跨国公司和国外企业出于战略考虑，通过加强专利申请、专利标准化等知识产权手段，在我国逐步形成了知识产权的“封锁线”，对我国企业的生存发展乃至国家经济安全都构成了严峻挑战。而目前我国企业在拥有自主知识产权的数量、技术水平和保护管理经验等方面存在许多问题，与当前面临的知识产权形势不相适应。为此，需要从宏观和微观层面上尽早研究。拿出对策，完善制度、争取主动。

Since China joined the WTO, transnational corporation and foreign enterprises have strengthened the applying for the patent and the standarlization of patent and so on in China, the rampart of intellectual property is taking shape step by step, which constitute a severe challenges to the development of China' enterprises. Meanwhile, the quantity and quality of Intellectual Property owned by China's enterprises is lower which is not adapted to the new environment. So it is very imperative to work out the strategy and tactics of intellectual property for trying to gain the initiative.
