甜菜切顶机的结构设计

摘    要:针对当前分段收获工艺中甜菜切顶装置所存在的问题,结合甜菜的物理特性和机械特性以及含糖量分布等特征,设计了一种采用皮带轮传输、“V”形带和倒“L”形挡板构成定向装置定向及利用固定圆盘式切刀切削为主要结构的小型甜菜切顶装置,并对此进行了详细介绍。

Abstract:This paper aimed at the problems(such as cutting loss bigger) of the beet cut top device in the process of the current section harvest,combined with the beet of physical properties,mechanical properties and the sugar content distribution characteristics.A kind of the main structure of the small beets cut top device is designed,which is by pulley,"v-shaped" belt transmission and the "L" form a baffle directional device,using fixed disc-type directional and cutting knife cutting.
