| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来,清华大学始终坚持对外开放,将加强国际合作与交流作为重要的发展战略,从简单的、局部的、个别性的探索逐步发展成多渠道、高层次、实质性的合作交流;围绕"面向世界的学生培养目标",构建了一套面向世界的学生培养体系;新时期,清华大学坚持"开放式"办学理念,探索出一套既有中国特色又符合世界高等教育发展趋势和要求的办学模式.
