| 摘 要： | 2001年4月我在《珍爱自然:拒烹濒危动植物宣言》的倡议中提出了拒烹、拒售、拒食野生动物的“三拒”口号,并号召1000余人签名加入“三拒”行动行列。倡议的具体目标是争取在2008年有100万职业厨师签名,向北京绿色奥运献礼。因倡议活动于泰山举行,故也被称为“泰山宣言”。

| Abstract: | In April of 2001, in the article titled To Love Nature: the Declaration On Refusing to Cook Dying - out Animals and Plants, I put forward the idea of the "the three refusals" ( refusal of cooking, selling, and eating wild animals) and called on over 1000 participants to join the line. The actual aim of the activity was to gather signatures of 1 million cooks as a gift to Green Olympic Beijing 2008. As the activity was held in Mount Tai, called " Mount Tai Declaration". |
