| 摘 要： | 顺应网络时代对于网络信息保护的立法需求,2012年12月28日《关于加强网络信息保护的决定》正式施行。该决定从公民个人电子信息保护出发,在个人信息保护方面与金融业、通信业方面相关部门规章共同构成我国对个人信息的法律保护。
