| 摘 要： | 英国率先颁布专门法以保护知识产权,现已有较为全面的专门立法以保护奥林匹克知识产权.将2012伦敦奥运会相关知识产权保护法的法案与其他法系国家相关法案进行比较,从中可总结出"以法护权"的成功经验.在此基础上提出修正既有法律,扩大立法范围和增加奥标使用例外务款以及提高解决侵权纠纷的效率等建议.借此完善我国奥林匹克知识产权立法的制度,实现"后奥运时代"奥林匹克知识产权得以全面保护的目的.
