| Abstract: | Applying the analytical method of SWOT in the theory of modern management,the author analyzed the internal and external environments for skiing sport tourism in Heilongjiang Province on the basis of knowing the advantages,overcoming the disadvantages,seizing the opportunities and eliminating the threats,and thus bringing forth the development strategies associated with skiing sport tourism in Heilongjiang Province. |
