基于和谐劳动关系视角的农民工权益保障探析

党的十七大报告把创建和谐稳定的劳动关系作为社会建设的重要内容,摆在了更加突出的位置。对于维护农民工合法权益,要依法推动企业开展工资集体协商制,畅通农民工维权通道,改善农民工居住条件,建立健全农民社会保障转移制度,做好农民工子女教育问题,完善帮扶救助体系,提高农民工整体素质。

Probe into the Migrant Workers' Rights and Interests Protection from the Perspective of the Harmonious Labor Relations

The 17th Congress of CPC took creating harmonious and stable employment relationships as an important content of social construction,and even made it in a more prominent position.In order to protect the migrant workers＇ legal rights according to the law,it was important to promote the system of wages collective negotiation,unblock the peasant workers＇ right-protecting channel,improve living conditions of migrant workers,establish and improve the transfer system of social guarantee,solve the education problem,develop children supporting assistance system,and improve the overall quality of peasant workers.
