构建和谐社会必须开展对山区经济发展理论与实践研究

我国是一个多山的国家，山区经济的发展关系到科学发展观的落实、和谐社会的构建和国民经济发展的全局。然而，由于地理位置和历史等的原因，我国山区经济的发展比较缓慢：山区有丰富的资源、多样的文化、大量的劳动力等优势；也有自然条件恶劣和基础设施差、产业结构单一、农民整体素质低等不利于山区经济发展的因素。要促进山区经济的发展，必须因地制宜，利用其优势，克服其劣势，加强山区综合生产能力建设，推进经济社会全面发展。

On the Dependence of Constructing Harmonious Society on the Study of the Theories and Practice of Economic Development in the Mountainous Regions

China is a country with a lot of mountains,and the development of the economy in the mountainous regional can influence the realization of scientific development view,the construction of harmonious society and the overall situation of national economy.However,because of the difference of geographical position and history,etc.,the development of the economy in the mountainous area of our country is slower.There are advantages,such as abundant resource,various culture,a large number of workforces,etc.in the mountain area,but there are also disadvantages such as bad natural conditions and infrastructure,single industrial structure,the low grade of the peasant's whole quality.We should take suitable measures and strengthen the construction of the comprehensive production capacity,utilize the advantage and avoid the disadvantages to promote the economic development in the mountainous area.
