Analysis on the issues of the rural household micro-finance and strategies

Micro-finance is a very important and un-substituted measure in assisting the poverty.However,as the project was extended,some new problems were occurred,which have become the obstacle of the project.These problems include the interest,product,the quality of employee and customers.This paper will summarize the most important and popular issues in this project.Based on the experience of foreign countries and personal experience,the paper will provide a solution to these issues.The solution comprises float interest,training,product design and risk control.
