摘    要:教育作为一种培养人的特殊的实践活动,要真正实现"至善"的价值目标,就不得不从人性的理念出发,对教育活动的主体即教师的德性和行为进行伦理的反思。学生素质的提升离不开教师潜移默化的影响,从提升德性、规范行为的视角对教育伦理道德建设的问题进行了论述。

Abstract:As one kind of the particular practice maneuver of man,The education will genuinely achieve the value target"Tillkind".It will have to start from the idea of human nature.Teachers as the main body of education conducts,its moral and behaviorwill have a ethical reflection.The moral and behavior of teachers of has a subtle impact to the improvement of the quality ofstudents.In this article enhancing the moral character and improving the acts is to be taken as the ultimate goal,and is to be discussed.
