权力腐败的政治学思考

权力腐败是权力主体滥用权力,以损害社会公共利益来满足个人、团体、阶级等利益的行为。产生的原因是由于权力运行中的“三大矛盾”所引起,本质上是“公利性”与“自利性”的矛盾。为此,要根本上遏制权力腐败,必须以权力制约权力、用法律规范权力、依靠人民监督权力、利用道德约束权力。

On Power Corruption from Politics

The power corruption results from the behavior that the executive abuse power to harm social public interests to meet the interests of individual and organization and class.It is caused by three major contradictions during the power implementation,essentially the contradictions between the object for public interest and for one's own interest.Therefore,the following measures-restricting power by power,standardizing power by law,and relying on the people to supervise power and restraining power by moral-must be taken to make a fundamental containment of power corruption.
