对我国职业排球俱乐部研究现状的分析

以赛制改革为突破口的中国排球职业化改革已经进行了 6年。在 6年的改革进程中 ,取得了一些令人瞩目的成就 ,也存在着许多问题。近几年许多专家和学者对这些问题进行了一些积极的探讨 ,从多个视角进行了分析研究 ,取得了一些成果。利用文献资料法对职业排球俱乐部的性质、目标机制、组织机制、管理体制以及职业排球俱乐部成立的内部、外部条件和存在的问题进行了系统的评述 ,以供研究者参考借鉴。

Analysis of Present Situation of the Chinese Professional Volleyball Club Research

With match system reform, the Chinese volleyball professionalism reform has been carried out for 6 years. In the reform process of 6 years, it not only has made some achievements that make one focus attention but also has a lot of problems. In the last few years a lot of experts and scholars have gone on somewhat positive discussion from many angles and have made some accomplishments. This paper uses document information method to study nature of professional volleyball club, goal mechanism, organization mechanism, management system as well as the existing problems of internal and external condition .
