屯田·水系·运输——三国时期曹魏军粮保障略论

曹魏屯田区的分布与水系关系密切,各个屯田区基本上分布在水路沿线,这既是农田水利的统一,也是军粮运输的要求。为了最大限度地充分利用水路运输军粮,曹魏政府在前人的基础上大力兴修河渠,专设官职加强对河渠的管理,力图建立一个比较完善的水路运输系统,以加强军粮的后勤保障,满足战争的需要。

The distribution of CaoWei reclaimed-field region in period had an intimate relationship with system of channel.Every reclaimed-field region was fundamentally distributed along channel.It was not only the integration of agricultural field with water power,but also the requirement of martial-provisions transportation.In order to transport martial provisions on the foundation of full use of watercourses,the Caowei government attempted to establish an comparatively perfect transportation system of watercourse.They energetically constructed and restored penstocks on the foundation of their forefathers,intentionally installed some officeholders to strengthen the management of penstocks,strengthen the security of service on martial provisions and satisfy the need of warfare.
