刍议新形势下政府与农村信用合作组织的关系

在我国农村的经济发展中,资金问题始终是一个不易解决的难题。处在农村基层的信用合作组织本应该发挥着重要作用,但是普通农民从中受益很少已是一个不争的事实。除了我国农村信用合作组织存在有业务经营方面的问题外,还在于两个方面:一方面是因为农村信用合作组织自身没有合适的定位;另一方面是因为政府在其中发挥的作用不够。我国的农村信用组织应该是一个受到政府扶持的半公益性组织,政府应在其中发挥重大的作用。

The Government and our Chinese Rural Credit Cooperative Organization Under the New Situation

The question of fund is a difficult problem which is not easy to solve in our rural economic development throughout.The credit cooperative organizations at the grassroots level in rural areas are supposed to play an important role,but it is an indisputable fact that ordinary farmers have benefited little from them.I think our rural credit cooperative organizations not only are operating badly,but also on two aspects : On the one hand,our rural Credit Cooperation Organizations are due to the lack of a suitable location;on the other hand,is because the role of our government playing is insufficient.Our rural credit organizations should be a semi-nonprofit organization which supported by the government.The government should play a significant role.
