广东高职院校教师绩效评价制度调查分析

摘    要:调查发现,广东高职院校教师绩效评价制度存在考核定位偏差、考核指标体系不尽合理、考核结果应用不科学等问题。从教师专业发展的角度出发,改革现行的教师绩效评价制度须转变观念,确立教师本位的评价理念,而且要加强评价内容的针对性,重视评价结果的反馈与应用。

Abstract:It is identified that the teacher performance evaluation system of Guangdong higher vocational colleges has the following problems: the position has deviated;the index system is not reasonable;the use of evaluation result is not scientific,etc.In order to promote the professional development of teachers,we must consider reforming it from the following aspects: first,change the old concept of evaluation and establish the new concept of "teacher-based",then build an index system which has characteristics of higher vocational education;finally,make good use of the feedback and the evaluation results.
