| 摘 要： | 癸卯学制是以壬寅学制为基础，既借鉴日本学制又综合我国办学经验而制定的第一部在全国施行的教育法制文件，其中包含着内容丰富、体系完备的职业教育法制规范。这些规范不仅地位独立、体系一贯，而且从内容上对以往职业教育法制大加改进，使职业教育法制成为癸卯学制中最适合中国的部分。

| Abstract: | Gui-mao school system is Chinese first ducation legislation document put in force across the whole Country,which is based on Ren-yin school system,referring Japanese school system as well as integrating school-running experiences in China,and its vocational education legislation regulation have rich content and perfect system.These regulations do not only have independent status and coherent system,but have improved the content of former vocational education legislation greatly,which make vocational education legislation become the most adaptable to China in Gui-mao school system. |
