摘    要:民族地区职业教育不仅对资源合理配置、促进经济改革与发展具有重要的意义,而且是对已"忘本"的民族地区普通教育的一种有效补偿。然而,由于历史与现实原因,目前武陵民族地区职业教育发展现状却令人堪忧,存在着"观念陈旧"、"生源危机"、"师资紧缺"、"办学模式单一"等发展困境。对此,学者们众说纷纭,但几乎未触及职业教育本性,本文基于教育"三要素"视角,探析提升武陵民族地区职业教育的发展路径。

Abstract:The occupation education development in ethnic minority areas is important both for the reasonable allocation of resources,economic reforms and development,and for the effective compensation for the general education in the ethnic minority areas.However,due to the historical and contemporary reasons,there are some problems with the current situation of the occupation education in Wuling ethnic minority areas.Such problems as old ideas,shortage of both students and teachers,the unitary pattern of school management still exist.From the perspective of "3 factors",this paper investigates the development path of promoting the career education in Wuliang ethnic minority areas.
