| 摘 要： | 为体会用Devine术治疗隐匿性阴茎的临床效果，对28例采用Devine设计的阴茎松解术的病人进行了观察和随访，手术的关键是切断阴茎腹背侧发育不良的增厚的肉膜及纤维束带，将包皮内板皮下的肉膜固定在阴茎近侧的白膜上，腹壁处腹壁浅筋膜与阴茎海绵体根部的白膜固定，术后随访5个月-1年，28例术后阴茎发育良好，外观正常．该术式方法简便，临床效果满意．

| Abstract: | In order to understand the dinical effects of Devine-method for recessive penis, 28 patients who were operated penis-undone method designed by Devine were inspected and. The key of this operation is to cut the punny, tickening dartos and fiber zone on the back of the penis; fix dartos under the foreskin on tunica albuginea of the penis ; fix the fascia transveralis of peritoneum and tuniea albuginea in the root of corpus cavernosum penils. After 5-month to 1 year period, 28 patients＇penes got well and their appearance8 are normal. This method is easy and its clinical results is effective. |
