Worldwide,the educational placement of the disabled children is a developmental topic and a continuous practice. In the course of the development of the special education ,researchers have been keeping thinking this problem. In the whole,the educational placement of the disabled children has gone through several stages. The stage of individual education before the institutionalization of special education ,the stage of special schools which is been set up independently , and the stage of integration.
