摘    要:从世界范围内来看,残疾儿童的教育安置是一个不断发展的话题与不断变迁的实践,对这个问题的思考和探索贯穿了整个特殊教育的发展历程。整体来说,它经历了制度化特殊教育之前的个别教育阶段、独立设置的隔离式特殊学校阶段、由单一到多元的融合运动阶段。而全纳教育的出现,则为残疾儿童教育安置提供了一种新的转向。

Abstract:Worldwide,the educational placement of the disabled children is a developmental topic and a continuous practice. In the course of the development of the special education ,researchers have been keeping thinking this problem. In the whole,the educational placement of the disabled children has gone through several stages. The stage of individual education before the institutionalization of special education ,the stage of special schools which is been set up independently , and the stage of integration. With the appearance of the inclusive education, the educational placement of the disabled children should be faced with a new tendency.
