汉英词汇语义转换失误与语义知识重构

摘    要:汉英词汇语义转换失误是翻译和写作中的突出问题,它表明学生英语词汇语义知识结构存在缺陷,亟待重构。翻译教学要重视汉英词汇语义对比,引导学生关注词汇的语用意义,利用学习词典的语义语用信息,提高学生选词用词的能力。

Abstract:Lexical transfer errors are major problems in Chinese learners' translation and writing, which reveals an incomplete semantic knowledge in the learners' vocabulary. Translation teaching, therefore, should give precedence to concentration of semantic aspects of words and contrastive analysis of Chinese and English lexical meanings. Lexical accuracy can be considerably improved with the aid of semantic and pragmatic information provided by English learners' dictionaries.
